BIO: TONY ESPINOSA
Tony started playing drums at age 7 he began taking lessons in elementary school winning talent contests and he went on to Jr. High marching band and the high school marching band and later joined the world famous Anaheim Kingsmen Drum and Bugle Corps. Tony then went on 2 U.S and Canadian tours studying under Mike Alerbie, who at the time was Slingerland’s Drum’s President. Tony then went on to study Jazz with drummers such as Buddy Rich, Allen White just to name a few.
He then went on to play the Hollywood circuit where he developed his original style and shared the stages with bands such as Guns and Roses, Jefferson Starship and Lou Gramn’s Foreiner. Finally Tony ended up playing with the Ultimate Van Halen tribute band ERUPTION replicating the intense drumming of Alex Van Halen.
